    Simply put, it would be pretty neat to see more visual weather effects/ambience other than just rain and thunder. I think these would be great and I have complied a list below of the effects.
     
     
    Snow/Blizzard
     
    Description: Basically what rain is, except it's white dots of snow falling to the ground. If the weather is more harsh, then a blizzard will occur which will have greater effects on the player.
     
    Effects on Player: Same effects already put in when it snows, if a blizzard, the player will feels these effects even more.
     
    Visual Effects: White dots of snow, if blizzard, more dense pieces of snow falling.
     
     
    Fog
     
    Description: Fog is pretty much what might occur after a thunderstorm/rain, or randomly during the seasons/months.
     
    Effects on Player: Reduced sight (Not as bad as night time, but perhaps 15-30% of that) and the chance of slight panic/anxious if your outside for too long.
     
    Visual Effects: Transparent grey visual with a slow, creepy animation.
     
    Ambience
     
    Description: Basically just more ambience to bring the place to life. Perhaps some trees could drop leaves and those said leaves could be seen blowing throughout the city. Some items such as Newspapers, Papers, various garbage, etc. should also blow in the wind. Would be nice to see some of the tall grass have an animation even if it's subtle of some weather occurring. 
     
    Let's hear some wind blowing if its thunder storming or if it's a bad storm, let's see more visuals of the wind blowing water on the roads (if it isn't too much, if so, its fine.)
     
    Effects on Player: A more immersive experience.
     
    Visual Effects: Self-explanitory. 
     
     
    I believe little touches like this can really give a heartbeat to a beautiful game such as Project Zomboid.

    To put simply, I think it would be pretty cool to have an acoustic guitar or banjo where if equipped, you can use the numbers 1-6 to play each note. Can start in Standard tuning then add the feature to change the tuning. It would play a sound clip of that note when pressed. Chords can be held with 2 or more buttons.
     
    Just a random thought. Add something to do while the night passes by. If a window is open, zombies might be able to hear the said instruments.

    You need both the workshop ID (for the client to automatically download the mod and for the server to download/install the mod) and the mod loading ID to indicate which mod the server should load.

    Is there any method to combine multiple maps into one? I was inspired by this when I noticed that on pz-maps there's a map called "Alexandria" under savegame maps that seems to have Bedford Falls, New Denver, and the vanilla map combined into one. This is massively appealing to me and it would be awesome if someone could either link me to that Alexandria map or explain what it would take to merge multiple maps into one. Thanks!

    They're all roughly the same to me, so probably the one that weighs the least, which is likely the M4.  Later on, though, I imagine there are some guns that are going to be more prone to malfunction, and/or need to be cleaned more often.

    I managed to get Bedford Falls to work as a spawnpoint but now I'm getting this error
    whenever I choose it as a spawnpoint

    Is there any way to get special maps like Bedford Falls into a steam server using the workshop like other mods?
     
    I'm having an issue where the map files are loaded but Bedford Falls isn't in the game

    Yeah maybe the operations on a Mac OS are different for replacing those files.

    I see no models. On 32.30 using 32.30 download on Mac OS X.
     
    EDIT: Fixed by manually replacing each individual file.

    Yeah, no. You seem to be reading more into my response than what I wrote, and I rather don't appreciate it.
     
    You do not need to anything that you don't want to, but following my advice above would accomplish your goal of setting up the server, no matter how unsatisfactory a user experience it is not to have a specific tool. People have been dealing with this for over a year with only mild complaint and without taking it personally when someone explains how to do it, while we wait.

    Our entire forum is for discussion. there are general discussion boards, suggestion boards and all kinds of different threads to get involved in and don't be afraid to post a thread of your own if you can't find a certain discussion topic already started. It's pretty organized over there and we do supply a type of mod that no other server does... currency.
    From what I understand; Hydrocraft includes a wealth of guns, and radios will (hopefully) be implemented in build 33. I am not sure if they will run the same way as the mods may have them worked out, or if the devs will copy/paste the best mod version's coding into the game. But I'm with you on that one. Some radios will be a HUUUGE game changer. We have a few threads on our forums that discuss suggested mods for the server as wellas some ideas for expanding on current limitations.
    I can't say I'm sure where everyone's hate is coming from for hydrocraft. I guess folks are just inclined to side with the underdogs, but seriously check it out. I tried it on SP and was AMAZED with the extra things that add so many levels of realism.

    Thanks for all the hard work guys! I've been going through a bit of a rough patch, personal issues and work related problems. My boss retired, no one to fill his position and I've had to take it all without even an ounce of compensation. Still the case, but now things are much more manageable. 
     
    I hope to be a little bit more active from time to than I have been lately here on TIS forums.

    Are you using the Beta client? If so that might be the issue, it works on the live version.
     
    I added all of the new guns from ORGM, not the extras though, but mags, & everything is there. Along with specific XP ups on the admin menu.
     
    If it doesn't work with EA V31.13 you've installed it wrong.
    However if you're on 32, i couldn't tell you.

    Been on TIS forum since we moved to this new forum and I have only 50 posts. This is my third in this server thread. Also I was Wilson from the screenshot Rich posted above.
     
        For about a week or more, IWBUMS allowing, Rich and his fellow admins have been assaulting us with very exciting challenges. Puzzle buildings full of traps and deadly wrong turns, protect the survivor/structure missions with insane zombies waves. Recently pitting us against what became a real time two and a half hour battle for survival. We pleaded server wide for help (we were doomed) and even got a few KOS bandits to help out. I was as shell shocked and wearied as my character. I don't think anyone who participated could say much negative about the experience (other than the perma death nature of PZ, the heartbreak of a good character dead). I only wish I had the software/know how to have made some video. The ingame narratives have been incredible.
     
        If you are looking for a server, nothing against any other (played many and never had a truly bad experience), this place is a blast. And please participate in one of these events, for your sake. It is quite challenging and creates an original play through. Just be prepared to die many times in pursuit of victory and glory.
     
        Zeek, Rich, Hobbes, Aniketos, Pot of Water, thank you for a great server. All the players, thank you for making these raids and events an awesome experience. All of you at Indie Stone, thank you for working tirelessly to create a game world I can have this much fun and variety in.
