  1. Thanks for the help. I tried out splitting the building up just to see how that works. It took some fiddling but it seems to work OK. Definitely easier to just move the building over a bit. It's my house and my neighborhood so I was trying to get the placement perfect lol. I'll be less picky further on. Got some buildings done and placed Thanks again!
  2. Hey all, I'm trying to add a building I made to a cell in WorldEd. However, where I want to place it lies right on the border of the cell. Half the building is in cell 8,6 the other in 7,6. When I do this, the lot becomes shaded red and the one half is cut off. BUT, if I go back to "The World" view, the whole thing shows up. Can we just not share buildings between cells or what? Thanks.
  3. So after some fiddling around, I noticed the tree tileset that WorldEd pulls from does, in fact, have the updated trees. It just wasn't including the new ones. I saw in the rules.txt file that the trees were numbered 8-11. I just tried adding 3 more lines, 13, 14, and 15, and it worked! The new trees are included. So that leads me to my new question - Is there an updated rules.txt anywhere?
  4. Hello, I made a BMP map of my hometown a couple years ago, converted it in WorldEd, and never really went any further. I decided to come back to it and I've seen that we got some new trees and 2x tiles since then. My question is, why is it that when I convert from BMP to TMX, I only get pine trees and not a mix of all the trees in the game? Were more colors added or do the new trees have to be put in manually? I see that the Muldraugh map has been updated. How do I do the same? Thanks.
  5. Thanks, it's all making sense now. So, another question if you don't mind. What's the difference between the various roof layers? Say if I put the accents in roof 2 and not roof or the other way around. Does it just mean that one gets drawn over the other?
  6. Hey all, New here! I've tried searching around for an answer to this, but to no avail. I've been messing around with the Building Editor and I feel like I have a pretty good handle on it, but when I make a shallow roof, there is a gap between the roof and the exterior wall. If you look at Thuztor's map project, you can see there is a white filler in between them in-game. How do I get this? Is it something I need to add in TileZed? Thanks!
