    So, I'm running into the exact opposite issue. I'll spend over a month in game, and crops won't leave their Seedling stage. We have tried changing the Farming setting from 3 to 2, and it didn't change anything.

    It was that recipe, yes. Btw, I know that cooked items disappearing has been an issue for a while now. Is there a workaround I should be using?

    Some of the hunting recipes appear to consume your binoculars. I don't think this is intentional, is it? I also noticed that twice in a row now I have crashed when filling a Cheese Vat
  4. Most don't give any info when hovering over them. Just the option to consume, some say you can use while on the health panel. Neither giving a clue when you should use them though. And googling doesn't help much either. Potassium permanganate says it's used for skin conditions like foot fungus. We don't have that in the game . . . Like, I want to try to use this stuff, I just have no idea how to.
  5. Oh, well do you know if there is a list of effects anywhere for what each drug does? I'm now just avoiding them from fear of death
  6. Can you add the danger symbols to deadly stuff then? Or at least after we read the pharmacology book? I'm not sure how were are supposed to learn what does what besides trying it
  7. What is Potassium Permanganate supposed to do? Because I took one, and it seemed to just make me tired, hot, and eventually kill me via a fever that wouldn't go away no matter how much I tried to eat to keep healthy.

    I don't really agree about the weight. We have a bunch of armor sitting in crates around our house, cause it weighs too much to be of any use. The only armor we actually use are the boots we can wear. It's kind of stupid that worn armor weighs full amount, but cramming it into a bag makes it weigh less, when weight would be distributed better when worn.

    So I finally got up to the dissection table, which was a project I'd been building towards for a while. I love being able to cut up zombies for first aid skill (seems more flavorful than jumping through windows to cut myself). However, I notice that it requires an entire thing of bleach every time to clean the table. And we can't even make bleach with anything. This seems a little silly. I'd really like a renewable resource in order to clean the table. Honestly, I'm not even sure why it needs to be something as powerful as bleach, considering I'm just cutting up zombies. Just let me wipe it down with a rag or something.

    I've actually already found and read the Blacksmithing book. What I'm asking about is how do I raise the skill? It isn't listed as one of the skills on the character menu.

    I've found Blacksmithing books, and I can read them, but I can't seem to actually find the skill Blacksmithing. There's Metalworking, but that seems to be completely separate. What raises Blacksmithing, and how do I put points into it?

    I haven't checked it out recently, but did they change the absolute weight limit then? Cause I was under the impression that after reduction, you could only hold 50 lbs. So if the dolly only reduces by half, that means that you could only ever carry 100 lbs on it, regardless of its actual capacity. Has that been changed?

    Wouldn't the fact that you are pushing it instead of carrying it suggest that the weight reduction should be more, and not less? You can carry a fridge by pushing it with a hand dolly, you can't really strap one to your back. Also, mechanics wise, giving up your hand slots is a bigger deal, since you can't use them for weapons.

    Just to play devil's advocate, wouldn't that just mean that griefers could now just go around dropping anchored items in other peoples places in order to clutter them up and mess with their setups? Since the people who's place it is wouldn't be able to get rid of the anchored items now.

    Just a random guess, but there is the line of research about injections involving rabbit blood, human blood, and zombie blood. There doesn't seem to be a clear purpose for them though, so that might be a hidden thing.

    There's always the notched plank. Not fantastic, but it is renewable.

    What makes the firesuit so OP? I haven't played since you added the ability to burn yourself, but I thought the suit was just a gimmicky way to prevent that. Is burning yourself so bad now that preventing it and going back to normal is OP, or does it do something else?

    That does load much faster. I alwys thought it odd that I had to load everything before having the option to search for a specific item.

    I have a Masonry book, but I got it a couple of updates ago, so no garauntee it hasn't changed. My best bet for finding books was to gather a large amount of Books, and remove the covers from all of them.

    No use yet. However I have been thinking about making it a requirement. Which would mean leather working before smithing. Hmm, if possible, maybe make it where using the forge without an apron has a small chance of causing burn damage. That way people can forge without leather crafting if they want to risk it, but its safer to get the apron first.

By that you mean he fixed the exploit, right? Cause you shouldn't get carpentry experience for tying wood up and then untying it repeatedly.

    If you can list everything that doesn't give experience that should, it would probably make it easier for Hydro to add those in (assuming they actually should give exp). That sounds like something that would need to be manually added to each recipe after all.

    So you were able to build the bench? I've never even seen a computer, not to mention the mouse or keyboard. We have also already dissasembled most every radio we could find, and the recipe doesn't allow makeshift radios. So no, I haven't been able to. That said, it looks like it's only use is to make chips, which don't seem to have a use right now. Personally, I'd much rather have a workbench that worked similarly to the sawhorse, and that you could get extra material for dissasembling electronics on it as opposed to doing it in the field.
