I've followed the instructions down to... ./steamcmd.sh +login steamusername steampassword +force_install_dir directory/you/want/to/install/to* +app_update 108600" validate +exit I insert my username and password and removed the +force_install_dir directory/you/want/to/install/to* since I had read it was unnecessary. I get this result... ./steamcmd.sh: line 30: 1685 Illegal instruction (core dumped) $DEBUGGER "$STEAMROOT/$PLATFORM/$STEAMEXE" "$@" Any idea what this means? I'm running Ubuntu Server 14.10.
