Are you using mods by any chance? I don't think you can even fill up empty cans of soda with water in vanilla.

Thats part of the cutaway system, it works as intended.

I'm not sure what you mean my dude..

Some walls (probably has to do with the image specific angle) won't have the sims-like cutaway effect, hiding everything behind them. In the image, there is a door behind it and if zeds would be banging on that door, it would be difficult to see them.

Not sure if this is the case, but I think by crouching in front of the window your character didn't see through it. I would use the aim key to make sure that the line of sight is there.

If you have mods enabled try disabling them. You can then try enabling them one by one and check which one is causing the issue.

Hey RJ, I'm not sure if this is going to help you or anything but I was able to run the game fine on 35.0 but since the hot fix I cannot create a new save at all. I delete my previous save file since you mentionned that we would not be able to play on these anymore but even if I make a new save on survival hardcore it gets stuck on the first bit of text (These are the end times).
