So, how do you easily put your files in the spreadsheet?
It will be hard if you don't have a spreadsheet software so i advise you to get openoffice.
 
Now, if you have Excell its easy:
Open your txt file on excell and select the symbol "=" for your column separator.
This will basicaly separate your displayname and your "translation",
 
Order your new sheet alphabeticly.
 
Copy and paste both columns into my sheet between the XX_EN and TRANSLATION columns.
 
Now you can easily see what you are missing.
