There's reasons for them, but none of the reasons are for hurting the individual human the arrow hits. You can't send an arrow with gasoline- it has to be something slow burning and not very volatile like oil or tar. People don't burn; even if the clothes light up a bit (and it won't be quick), it's easy to pat out and the burn wounds would never be life threatening. The big arrow sticking out of your body is going to be the thing doing the damage to the person. oh of course i agree but a fire arrow is more feasible and useful then an arrow with a 20mm shell on it.. plus actually if its a tar or oil fire.. that crap aint going out when you pat it down.. not that easily. and i already said the best use for it! starting a house on fire someones base.. xD or lighting a trap from a distance...

plenty of reasons for a fire arrow.. there more useful and easier to make then an 20mm explosive shell.. hell you wouldnt even be able to attach one... i mean you could but is it going to go anywhere probably not..

well rath that all depends if its an oil up impact it can spread and cause alot of pain and potentially light your cloths on fire

have you ever read the zombie survival guide? im just wondering? the last one the essentially poison arrow would be a cruel way to off some one... so i love it! but the others have a some flaws.. the pipe bomb one wouldnt work it would be to heavy, it would go like 5-10 feet. leaving you in potential danger. the fire arrows you describe wouldn't really work.. the 2nd one with the bottle would be like the pipe bomb and ontop of that the sloshing flammable material would make the arrow go all over the place you would have the same problem as the pipe bomb but with the added chance that arrow is going to hit 5 feet off target as it will be wobbling through the are more. and the first fire arrow part wouldnt work either to get the fire to stay lit ya need cloth and an oilish substance or kerosine with a tiny bit of cloth wrapped around the tip. as the flame would go out other wise edit: oh fire arrows though could be fun vs other players.. ie by lighting there base on fire. the only way i can see a firecracker working would be if you had a wick going down the shaft of the arrow with a slowish burning fuse. with the chance that it can be rubbed/cut off from the contact with the bow upon releasing the arrow.. alll in all could be use full to a degree. cooking timers would work too..

More like ram through the wall, fly through the windshield and die. :3 not necessarily.. i could put my truck through most of the places around here. well any place that isnt brick and not go through the windshield its all dependent on how fast your going and most of all a beautiful thing called a seat belt. hell if a smart car had enough weight to it... it would go through a wall better then my truck... those things are built like bunkers

well thats going a little far dont ya think? honestly despite what i said.. it could be a fun weapon. and personally they probably are more common then being None there.. as they are a decorative piece that can easily be found in a knife store. Again, the point isn't that it can't be added because it's not the best weapon in the game, it's that it shouldn't be added because it's unrealistic and doesn't fill any niche. You're the one who keeps bringing up its effectiveness as a reason for it to be in the game, mate. Replying with that every time someone counters your point is a bit vexing. rath... to be honest... despite what i said earlier... in all reality it is a game...realism isnt a true 100% thing in them especially if its a fantasy thing (zombies in this case) so in all reality they could be found and used... i still stand by that they are as infective as hitting a zombie with a any cutting weapon

cars and trucks would be wicked... find an NPC or player base.. Ram the car through the wall and pop out and say hello with your little friend (guns or melee weapons) Oh driving around would be cool too...

i +1 this. could be fun. like OP said hiding in like a trash can or closet waiting for someone to leave/come by. and if your in a wardrobe and they goto loot it you show up in the loot menu and it shows you have been found or something xD

Blunt will be 100% better.. if we were to go off of zombie lore. cutting weapons wouldn't destroy enough of the brain, decapitation would leave a biting landmine. a gun is only effective cause of the shock wave and fragmentation of the skull and bone. but going into the uses of a bladed weapon. it would be to slow.. there are more chances of the blade getting stuck in the zombie. or person. a blunt object crushes the skull and has no chances of getting stuck.. and swords if you were to stick a sword into a person it would acually get stuck cause the skin and everything else would stick to it.that's why they have grooves in them (bleeders) like say when your cutting a piece of cheese and the cheese sticks to the blade. thats what would happen essentially. even axes arnt the greatest... a hammer imo would be better..

have you guys thought of old Calvary swords? Spears, and swords i can see there place in the Zombie apocalypse but to be honest blunt weapons i think would be the most realistic as slashing weapons just woundt kill the brain... But in the end though this is a video game and swords could be interesting..

it means you can pour the contents of them style of bags..(sand/gravel) onto the ground and make lets say a road into a gravel/sand road. or you can use the bags of sand/gravel to make sandbag walls i am assuming

If you don't stop begging for it I'll personally make sure the mapping tools will not be released before Multiplayer is in. You wouldn't!! Alright people i think we need to vote Nasko off the island he isnt working in our favor anymore! I think we should eat him .... think about it ! i dunno if eating is the right options i think we should just vote him off the island and make him survive on his own
