I may be wrong, but im fairly certain that things like running / cutting down trees, etc... not only build exertion but make you sleepier aswell, and passing out from exhaustion is going to be implemented in the future. -

After I went infamous, I immdietaly went for a jewelry store deathwish with the help of PlasmaMan. A few days later and im already level 85, with some badass glasses and beautifull working dodge build ^^

A power plant might be added, since I think there is one in the area that the game is set, but seriously, it takes a LOT of people AND knowledge to even slightly operate a power plant. The only way you are going to have power lategame is with batteries and small generators.
