  2. Is it safe to activate mods when a mp server is relaunched? Ie a mp save game is in progress? Will the world reload items? If not, how do I force a reload of world items?

I think your mods may be in the wrong place. They need to go into c:\users\YOURname\Zomboid\mods Also, very NB, you need to activate the mods for yourself in the game itself. Launch Zomboid from steam or whatever, then go to mods in bottom left and double click each one till they all have a tick. Then relaunch the game again, and then exit. THEN launch your server. Then launch Zomboid. Then it should work!! Good luck buddy
  5. We have different players on there around the clock, so I don't think that would be the best option. Isnt is the 1gb or so of Java processes that gobble up CPU and RAM? I think I noticed that before. I use mu quad core to host and play through the client for my mates and I, but thats locally (LAN) and usually no more than 4 people online at once. When we done, I shut down the server and we fire it up again next time we wanna play.
  6. You can set your server to pause when there are no players online. Perhaps that would work for you?

Hi guys I followed the instructions here: http://www.reddit.com/r/projectzomboid/comments/28xzzz/server_setup_guide_build_271/ I can get the server working no probs, along with custom spawn points. Mods work in SP, and I have added the mod id's for the following mods to server.ini: turbo-luanetturbo-apcomCraftHelperRainPanrkaModRMLockpickingModTommyGuns ALL the mods fail to load on the LAN server with the following message: MOD: failed to load poster C:\Users\Kyle\Zomboid\Mods\ApCom\Logo.png it does this with each of the mods above. How do I fix this? PS I am on Build 27#1, not the IWBUMS thread, and I purchased game from Steam FWIW Thanks in advance! Kyle
