Version 40.43. All I was doing was sawing logs. Planks were not being placed in my inventory, they were being placed on the ground. I was not encumbered with weight. Suddenly my character is in pain. I go inside my house where the painkillers are. I take them. I monitor my health progress and the pain and health continues to get worse. I rest on the bed. Health meter continues to go down until it's terminal and I die. I don't use mods.
