  1. I think the batteries in alarms should run out anywhere from 1-6 months after the electricity goes off. Is annoying for an alarm to go off 10 months after the electricity has gone off.
  2. Would be great if there was 2 or 3 different wall/fence textures to represent damage.
  3. Will there ever be Autumn leaves on the floor during October-November?
  4. In the future will Farming be made more difficult, i.e reducing the amount available to harvest at lower farming levels and crops dying off if they get a disease?
  5. Would you consider cutting the amount of non-perishable food that spawns by about half?
  6. What's the status on map wide meta game, i.e zombie migration across a larger area and zombies spawning on the edges of the map?
  7. Can you please add all the update to the first post like you've done in the past? Having to dig through 27 pages to keep up with the changes to this build is just unnecessary.
  8. Is there any chance we can have some performance improvements in this patch, Mainly in West Point? I get a constant 60 FPS in Muldraugh but struggle to get over 30 FPS in a lot of West Point, also turning all 3D models off makes little to know difference on my PC. Either way love the patch.
  9. Like the new traits system, still seems like carpenter and construction worker are still the best jobs to take tho.

    I feel that nails should be rare not abundant, they seem like one of the first things i'd grab in a zombie apocalypse.
  11. You don't have nothing to worry about, if you cleared a small area of the map new zombies will get drawn in due to the meta game and you going out of your current area to get more supplies. I personally feel that even if you do effectively clear an area of the map new zombies will move in very soon due to you being in that area and the meta game moving stuff towards you. I feel if you make it so that zombies can also spawn on the roads it will become more like last stand mode and you will literally just have zombies coming at you constantly, which wouldn't make sense as it should take a bit of time for new zombies to move into an area, I feel this adds more of a dynamic feel to the game as opposed to just being constantly bombarded with zombies every second of the day no matter how many of them you kill.
  12. I am strongly opposed to zombies re-spawning in SP. In Mp its fine, but the thing that made this game so cool was going to an area killing a lot of zombies and then knowing the next time you came back if there were any more zombies they would have literally moved from another part of the map due to a large noise or meta game event. Now that is not the case as you have no way of knowing if they just spawned in or not. Another big appeal of this game for me at least was the prospect of wiping all the zombies out, I know this is next to impossible in SP but it was cool when you could cause a highly populate area of zombies to become empty and then have the terrifying moment when the meta game would move a large population of already spawned in zombies into you area. Another thing I was looking forward to was when NPC's are in the game, clearing an area of zombies and then seeing how the NPC's reacted to area's that now have a low zombie population and also the shift in dynamics the game would take at that point as it would become more about survival from man at the late stage of the game, which is what I think in really life it would eventually become. Zombies would still be a threat as the meta game would eventually move zombies from a populated area to you or alternatively you would unknowingly drag zombies to your area. All this is now not possible as of the new build due to zombies being able to re-spawn. I have been following/playing this game from pretty much the beginning and have always supported/loved every single idea you have all had, however not only is this the first of your idea's that I strongly dislike but is probably the idea that could literally in my opinion ruin one of the greatest things about this game (no enemies magically appearing in the world like every other game). This is of course all my own opinion and ultimately its your game and vision to do what ever it is you see fit. I however believe zombies in SP being able to re-spawn is not only a terrible idea but also goes against one of the things that makes this game so unique.

    Smoking

    Hello Could we have it so that it says "smoke" and not "eat" when you have more than one cigarette in your inventory? Currently if you have only one it says smoke but if you have more than one it says eat. I don't know if this is a bug so sorry if I posted in the wrong section but I would also like to know if we could have it so cigarettes don't make you depressed? I understand a lot of things like this are due to balance at the moment as the game is not complete but as someone who smoke's IRL (not trying to sound cool, coz it aint) I'm telling you smoking a cigarette especially in a zombie apocalypse would NOT make me depressed, in fact it would do the complete opposite. I could understand someone thinking it could make you depressed in a nostalgic sense like if you found a chocolate bar you always ate before the zombie apocalypse and it reminded you of how life is now not like it once was, but cigarettes are something most smokers use fairly regularly and as a result don't feel like are anything special. To cut a long story short I just think its a bit silly to be made depressed by smoking.
  14. I have this exact issue as well (the bit about performance). My specs are similar I'm also using the steam version an have an SSD too. I'm not complaining I just want the devs too know in case not many people (on high spec pc's) have this issue.
  15. I think if you have a crowbar in your inventory you should be able to pry windows open again, would make sense and finally give it a use. Same should go for doors too but should just take a lot longer. Please don't double post. This is more appropriate for the Suggestions section of the forum, as well.
