  1. FYI: I have been using it on Build 28 with no problems so far.
  2. I am playing mod 2.1 with build 28 on mac. I have found that mags are not stacking on normal reload. Also, I had one of the .22 rifles and I found that is was extremely inaccurate (1 hit in 10 shots) although that may be build 28. I have not played the build without your mod running. Hope this helps.
  3. If anyone is trying to make this mod let me know, but otherwise I thought I might try it except I have no idea how to mod, is there an up to date video tutorial on modding PZ.
  4. I was wondering if any mode could simply allow a gas grill to be moved. From what I was reading on the forums it appears that the code to use the wheelie bins is gone. I originally thought a grill could be wheeled to hideout like the old wheelie bins but I was wondering if someone with mod skills could simple make a weight for a grill, which is already in the game, (40) with tank or (20) without a tank that could be picked up and set at a new location by carrying it, most likely without the tank. I don't know anything about modding so this may be harder then I expect. Also more complicated idea, the weight of the grills could spawn at random, some at 20, others at 40 since there are so many different types of grills. Another possibility is a disassemble option with a screwdriver in innovatory. That leads to "gas grill kit" (or "gas grill components", "gas grill frame" and "screws") on the ground after disassembly or found in stores (rare). When assembled would then need a propane tank to function. This would really help with a remote safe house once there is no electricity.
  5. I have some ideas when it comes to armor should the developers decide to implement it. Kevlar Vest: rare in Police stations and few random houses (where policemen would live), protects against pistol damage from NPCs Leather Jacket: Protects against zombie scratches and NPCs with a knife Jean Jacket: 1/2 protection of a leather jacket Boots: Prevents scratches from crawlers but slows character down and exhaustion from sprinting happens faster All of these item should have limited protection and life, jackets rip, boots get holes in them, etc. I don't know about the location where this game is set but I am from a rural area and finding an AR-22, AR-15 or a bolt action hunting rifle would not be difficult. I think more zombies should have ammo on them because they would have been defending themselves before they turned and guns (or various weapons) in various conditions could be found where there is a lot of blood maybe with a few zombie bodies laying around them because people would defend themselves as they were overrun.

    Thank you Dr. Cox, your advise helped me find it once I figured out what happened to Library in the 10.9 update on my Mac. Here is the path for Mac users, I am currently running 10.9.2. Open finder, library is hidden under "Go" tab simply press "option" to see it. Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Project Zomboid (right click on icon and "Show package content)/contents/java/media/maps Follow instruction for install and finding Dreadwood from ReadMe.txt I am currently standing in the first building in Dreadwood although my info/health/skills tab was blank so I am still trying to figure that out, it may be unrelated but feels a little more realistic not knowing my skills and info but health is essential. EDIT: I have info/health/skill again after deleting layout.ini in the save game project zomboid folder and clicking on the heart icon in game

    As far as I can see that path does not exist, has anyone successful installed this map in Mac with 10.9.2 and if so how?

    I can't figure out how to add this map on my mac. I have looked through all my folders and can't find the place so I thought it would easier to just ask. I'm excited to play it.
