Maybe it's possible. Last time i was playing i had issues with my internet and the server disconnected. Well, we waited for something like 2 minutes because he had to sleep haha and the map didn't load, and he said that my character disappeared from his screen. We played like 2, 3 times and that's the first time he had that problem. I can try again another day to give more details

I use the "localhost" as my ip in the game. It worked for some days. Today when i tried to play i lost my character. I've sent my actual new Ip to my friend and he logged on the server, his character was there but now he is having problems with black borders on the map.

So. It worked for my friends but now i lost my character. My folder is named as "localhost_username"

So, recently i started playing with 2 friends in server that i created. We played for the first time on monday and then yesterday. The problem is that yesterday my friends had to create new survivors, so they lost all the items that were equipped and all the skills they had, my survivor still . Why that happened? My Ip chaged cause i restarted my modem in the middle of the week, is that the cause? All the barricades and everything in the world still there, the only thing that happened is that my friends lost their characters. How can i fix it?

Sorry but what do you mean by "Use the word localhost..." You mean to use this word instead of my own ip for ME to login? My friends still have to use my ip number right?. Thanks for the answer

So, i'm trying to run a server to play with 2 friends on my notebook. I created the server but when i tried to play with one of my friends the map doesn't load, sometimes the map loads more for me but usually loads more for my friend, but after something like 5 minutes of play the map stops loading. My notebook have an Intel Core I5-2405M 2,5Ghz, 4gbDDR3 memory. I use a WiFi connection of 15mb, there's anyway to run this small server? Thanks

I'll run with a maximum of 4 players including me. If i alocate more RAM memory there's any chance to run the server? How do i do that?

I tried a lot of times here. My friend tried with his connection too but i still having the same problem. Any help?

I use the localhost to login in the server and my friend logs with my ip. We tried both port forwarding server and hamachi. My notebook has 4gb of RAM but i did'nt assign more memory manually so i don't know how many the server uses. I'm using wi-fi connection, don't know if that matters (i'm sitting next to the modem so the signal is very good)

So. With the new update i saw my ping. It stays like 2 or 3 but i still having the issues of the black borders of the map

It's my own server. I'm running on wifi connection, there's some difference? I waited more than 30 seconds but it didn't loaded. My friend tried to create a server too and he's having the same issue. Sometimes when he's playing on my server his map loads more than mine but after some few minutes of playing it stops loading too
