derokk
Hello guys, I've setup a server on a Macmini server box (Mac OS X 10.9.5). And i was wondering if i could create a server on a windows box to generate the Servername_SandboxVars.lua file then move it into the Macmini box ? Because Linux does not have PZServerSettings.exe i dont know what i can edit to get more option for my server. Right now my Mac OS X Zomboid server is spawning zombies like crazy and my friend tell me it's too hard to play with... Also does the Servername_SandboxVars.lua need to be in the sandbox folder or the Server folder, i'm confuse on this one also.... Cheers ! EasyPickins
The SERVERNAME_SandboxVars.lua file is created for you if it doesn't exist (in IWBUMS at least, I can't remember if it is created in the public build).. It goes in Zomboid/Server/. The file is exactly the same as ProjectZomboid/media/lua/shared/Sandbox/SandboxVars.lua to start with, you can just copy that file to your Zomboid/Server/ directory. You can run PZServerSettings.exe on a Windows machine, then copy the SERVERNAME_SandboxVars.lua it creates onto your Mac. Rathlord
