What are you smokin' :P the north farm wasn't in there till 0.2.0 builds :D 0.1.4d was the free demo and didn't even have the double sized demo map with the offices and villas. :D

Game lags and even harder if it rains.

 

specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K @ 3.30GHz   3.70 GHz

RAM: 8.00 GB

GPU: MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 Twin Frozr II

 

I can play every game on max/ultra settings with 40-60 fps, but project zomboid seems to have problems with that.

I can play every game on max/ultra settings with 40-60 fps, but project zomboid seems to have problems with that.

FPS would be helpful.

With rain: 20-30 fps.

Just because BF3 runs at 60+ FPS doesn't mean that something is wrong with PZ. Modern PCs are very optimised for 3d games and not so much for 2d games. If you want to read a more in-depth explanation and a sneak peek to what is planned to optimise the engine look here:

how you guys could play with the school bags bug ?

with that its almost impossib le to survive

 

I havent experienced problems with a backpack or a hiking bag or the kind... maybe I havent payed attention to this. will check in the evening.

 

btw, what happened to the map tools? were they postponed?

Erm, can you describe me this bug ? :(

 

 

i dont know if this is same he has, but i have to re-equip bags every time i load a save game. if i dont, the full weight of the bag items is assigned to the main inventory, so it's practically impossible to survive a crash or a save out in the open, especially when you have the same bag twice and have to drop them first to re-equip both.

aside from the somewhat improved but still persisting performance issues this is the main bug that prevents this build from being a really good one.
