If the AI code is on its way, could we have a "bugged AI" for partially sane Z's?

Classical Romero-zombies are not that dumb as TWD-ones are.  They use tools, they are afraid of fire, they gather in mobs.

It would be nice to have a "half-sane" option for sandbox or use this setting for "initial infection" scenario.

 

What I exactly mean:

1) Zombies ARE evil and hate the player, so they willingly destroy his buildings (I think this behaviuor should be removed from defaults) .

2) Zs use what they find as a weapon - planks, stones, tools. How about recieving a fracture due to a stone attack?

3) Zs eat food and hunt it, looting fridges and player's stashes. Hahhaa, surprise! Now Zs really have a reason to roam and break into houses and shops.

4) Zs try to open doors and windows - surprise again! - use locks now..

5) Zs can hunt player, silently, hiding behind bushes and furniture - the last surprise for those who survived the previous one.

6) Zs rarely fall from windows or step into fire, except for cases they are really angry - shout and taunt them.

 

This will make the game more difficult and surviving without increasing the Z's ammount.
