  1. I would very much like a game like stonehearth, timber and stone, gnomoria, etc. with the NPC system being explained as is I think their spin on it could be amazing, build your town and have a map you can expand by exploring it (getting more land for your city or having another town set up so you can manage 2) then run into goblin fortresses, NPC cities, wizard towers, etc. I think that indie stone may be the only ones capable of doing this. so basically a fantasy town building RPG (each townie has levels of different skills) with map exploration and actual NPC towns and random encounters that do their own thing. p.s. Imagine sending your cartographer into the edge of the map to expand it and you find this small NPC village, you play for a few hours and you look back and you see this big town with walls..... Would be awesome EDIT: time would be roman era or medieval era imho
  2. I unfortunately don't have any experience modding this game :/ I helped make a mod for MC, made a mod for rimworld, made 2 for CoE3, and am experimenting with one for Distant Worlds universe, though most of the things I've done is text editing and light code work (plus low res texture creation for the rimworld one).... I hope you get someone though as this mod is truly the best on the market
  3. How's it coming? Sorry to bug ya with that question but I've grown so in love with the mod you created that the idea of playing PZ without it doesn't really appeal to me >.< (no offense PZ devs personal preference and all that)
  4. I never understood personally why it took so long for a zombie to smash through a glass window >.< I attribute it to the wooden beam holding the window sections together but still....
  5. Simple: some zombie get a key chain like the player gets that' has a random name attached to it, I think it would add a cool extra little bit of fun >.< (I collect keys I have 67)
  6. Thanks for the responses enigma always helpful I actually do agree on the whole put everything in place then dish it out, just seems like it takes awhile to get it dished out On the topic of named guns, renaming them would be alright it just seems a little empty.... Also this whole copyright bananza has got to stop lol Finally I think on the respawning thing it's just way too artificial for me to enjoy it :/ I have max advanced settings on movement and follow distances, they just don't move at all.... I have the distribution set to 10 hours and it still doesn't get them moving at all :/ idk just seems like there could be improvement (why do cells have to have Zombs in them?) Why not make them wander about aimlessly? Would be interesting (just make sure they don't go into the woods and are never heard from again lol) I think there's a lot of "flavor" that needs to be in this game, a few changes, and some additions.... This game is already commanding 150 hours playtime with me and most likely will pull more, it has given me it's money's worth in my eyes.
  7. A little grain of reasoning on the whole PZ team being suppressive and such, I have seen a few responses by the dev team that have at the time seemed like personal attacks, on closer inspection I realize their intent was to say something nicely. The most notorious of this would be enigma (sorry bro) some posts he does come off as being just plain mean, but then I see his responses and reread and see that he actually wasn't (or if he had truly offended someone he tends to apologize and be civil about it) I would say that almost every post can be seen as mean or a personal attack, but after years of forum experience across the interwebs I tend to read between the lines more. Someone could have a bad day, could have said one thing and since there's no real emotion in posts it was lost, cultural barriers may even be responsible sometimes. I personally think enigma is a nice and helpful guy, he takes time out of his life and helps PZ and I applaud him for it. As for the whole PZ team the only one I talk to at all (twitter FTW) is RJ, if he is even a slight representation of the PZ team I can assure you they are nice, musically talented, enjoy pole dancing, and have French taste buds. I have never been turned down or mistreated in my long time here with them, this team has what it takes to reach the end goal and they are a good group of guys and gals. Now if this to give criticism then there are a few points I must make: 1. Singleplayer is truly boring, I must admit I play 20-30 hours on SP and I'm done until I get my next PZ itch... What could improve this other then NPCs? Tbh I think adding things for the player to do like: more food recipes, a deeper medical system, different types of crafting (botany woot woot), etc. I think keeping the player ingame and busy helps bring about a better attraction to the game, as it increases the playability by a lot. 2. I don't understand the whole no named guns, ORTMan's great mod just makes PZ better, and more realistic.... I honestly can't even play PZ anymore without it :/.... I have exactly 109 people who have PZ on my steam friends list and about 30 of them are real life friends and each of them use the real gun mod and can't play without it as well..... I mean TBH I use guns more in base game (because you don't have to worry about different ammo types) I think the mod just increases the game realism by so much I can't even see why it would be excluded other then people who put the spawns at highest settings and play with low Zombs and say there's too much guns and ammo....... 3. Your new medical system and cooking system needs a lot more..... Cooking and medical, these two positions are my fav to play in a survival game.... I hope that the current ones arnt a representation of the true end, I personally think on the cooking side adding more recipes is a great start, but why not also let a good cool give extra effects to food (such as more boredom reduction and better happiness for foods) I personally believe this would increase the gameplay a lot (with more recipes OC) as for the medical side, on the steam suggestions forum I made a long post about it, check it out plez 4. Make playing without respawning Zombs on be more viable plez? I kill a few thousand near my base and I'm back to build 31 where zombies do not attack at all :/ it's like they get stuck in the city at a certain number and it just keeps them from wandering about, this should deff be addressed as I imagine a large portion of PZ players play without respawning. Hope those don't come off wrong, and hope they help PZ grow
  8. So are you saying the whole US like building for building? If so jeez is that even possible? Lol
  9. Enough with the HL3 it's too beautiful to speak about when not speaking the truth so build 33 is on it's way right? seriously though Kenshi and blockscape are gonna finish before PZ (SARCASM DETECTED)
  10. Quick Q Ortman So I was looking at the code for the Glock 20 (actually all weapons but, more specifically the Glock as I own one IRL and it seems like a good one to start out with at lvl4 aiming. So base hit chance is 50 (I assume percent?) now it says the aiming perk addition is 15 is this per skill point? And if so that means I have a 110% chance of a hit with beta blockers? (starting to not need them as char doesnt get scared with hordes of 100+) how does this all factor in? Also the crit chance (which I assume is the chance of a 1-shot) is 20 (yet again percent?) plus my 4 aiming 4x20=100 so I have a 120% chance at a crit? If this is the case then I should never ever miss a shot correct? I am just looking into this before I waist all my ammo (I used about 2k 00 buck shot to raise my aim skill to current its half to 5) Any response will be greatly appreciate.

Also noticed you said your kinda losing a bit of umph for this mod, anything we (your loyal fans) can do? I would be glad to assist in any way possible
  12. I was almost certain each level removes 1% of zobification chance? Was I wrong? Seems like I die more with an inexperienced doctor then with one that knows the difference between a bypass and a dismemberment lol. That being said I do think we need more reasons to have a medic: common disease, scraps and bruises, twisted ankles, etc. There really isn't much to do as a medic honestly, the only way to train it is to get shot on purpose (dangerous) or just hop back and forth in a broken window lol. Idk I just wish there was more medicinal concerns. Perhaps even have more medication and overdoses that a doctor with skill would be less to use wrongly? Idk
  13. ^ well when it's like 10 bullets to 1 gun it kinda gets crazy lol I have 17 (ya 17) mags for the FN pistol and only enough ammo to fill 7 mags (have raided the police station as well.... Just seems to me there would be more bullets, would be nice to occasionally find a box of rounds in a house too (or perhaps even a weapons locker by the bed?) and ya the zombie with ammo thing would be nice lol like the survivor tried to find a gun but found more ammo
  14. Well the thing is I think what is going on is the fact that I've never seen a zombie just spawn with ammo and no gun, is this even possible with current settings? I always thought it'd be cool to kill your first walker and one of five things happens: no ammo or guns, ammo for 1-? Number of guns perhaps even only a bullet or two for multiple guns, a gun but with a different ammo type, a gun with no ammo, and finally a gun with the same ammo type. I think that would increase flavor also, whatcha think? Btw I just seem to think you'd be more likely to find ammo then guns in the real zombie apoc lol, what you think?
