No UPnP-enabled Internet gateway found, you must configure port forwarding on your gateway manually in order to make your server accessible from the Internet. we both have same message in txt file

yeah we both have the 34.19 - IWBUMS steam version when he send the invite to the game in steam i press on it, but i still can't join it's says server is not responding

So me and my friend trying to host a server my friend invites me and it says server is not responding we are on iwillbackupmysaves test client, so what are we doing wrong ? Ty for help!
