  1. I actually havent been able to get this to work. Either Dreadwood doesn't load or bedford falls doesnt load. I have run from westpoint all the way through past dreadwood (which loaded) to bedford falls (which didn't load) to see if I could get them to load together. another time when I started in bedford falls dreadwood didnt load.
  2. It doesn't show up in the list of mods ingame unless you make it a mod. Heres a step by step guide for windows on how to make it a Mod that shows up ingame that can be turned on an off (and doesn't get overwritten with every game patch) Please note that this guide is for a vanilla install of Project Zomboid. 1) Download BedfordFallsV2.zip 2) go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\Zomboid\mods 3) Create Folder called 'Bedford Falls' 4) Unzip 'media' folder into 'C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\Zomboid\mods\Bedford Falls' 5) Create file called mod.info inside 'C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\Zomboid\mods\Bedford Falls' (you can do this by creating a text document and just changing the extension) 6) Open mod.info and add the following. name=Bedford Fallsid=bedfordfallsdescription=Bedford Falls7) Save mod.info Now when you start project zomboid you should be able to go into the MODS list and activate or deactivate the map. Previous game saves of the other installation method (just unzipping in the PZ folder) should be compatible (at least all of mine were). With the new Servers (build 26) you can also use this method to run the mod on Multiplayer. Earlier versions will need to use the other installation method in order to run the map through MP. These are the most clear directions I've ever seen but for some reason I am still messing it up somewhere along the way. When I load into Bedford Falls, it either stops loading at, " This is how you died", or loads me into a huge empty grass field with withe random zombies. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong? Hi, having the same problem. Running on a Mac, please may someone create a guide to install Bedford Falls V2 for mac users. Appreciated! Hi, the process should be the same for Mac users, the only difference would be the directory. From what I understand of Macs (which is virtually nothing since I haven't touched one in the past 15 years) the Directory for the Mods folder would be Macintosh HD\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\Zomboid\Mods and then just follow along the instructions above except replace the windows directory with the mac one.
  3. Nope sorry. I've installed it on three computers this way and all have worked.

You may want to change the map.info file. You still are calling it Bedford Falls, KY.
  5. It is already linked up with the current map. THIS road links up to THIS road.

  7. Thanks, I had figured most of it out but I didn't know that the longer you have fishing nets the more chance of having them break. Guess I'll have to check it a few more times a day.
  8. The download link is in the first post. Along with the instructions on how to install the map.
  9. You may have to go back and check the markers that you copied from version 1. Things like the Police Station and Diner #10 have moved. I can't tell is Diner #9 is still accurate but it doesn't appear so.
  10. I would like to see a way to preserve some of these perishable foods at the loss of some of their hunger score. Things like steak and fish can be smoked and preserved to last a VERY long time (irl archaeologists have found preserved catfish and tilapia jerky as well as preserved fruits in the tombs of ancient pharaohs from egypt) while other foods can be bottled in jars or canned.
  11. Okay, I may be the only one who was wondering this, but the lake is fishable in and this works in build 26 without any problems that I have found. Also... in the mall HERE that door on the second floor is the control room. The roof itself is not solid, so if you exit the control room through that door you fall and hurt yourself.
  12. You can walk there, but I would recommend running.. THIS road links up to THIS road (in version 2, it is in a different location for version 1.) Ran it to confirm.
  13. I seem to be having Forum Problems, if a Mod sees this please delete it.

Sorry for the late replies. Yes will this world in MP if all the connecting players + server have this file? It should work on 25a/b/and c, No it will not work on Multiplayer yet. As far as I know the only mods that work on multiplayer are those that overwrite the base game. The Indie Stone has talked about possibly adding Mod support to Multiplayer in the future but right now this will only work in single player. I wish it did, I'm looking for how to do this but am having no luck in finding how. I intend to get this working in the future.
  15. It looks like its intended to be an apartment building that wasn't completed ingame. It really is quite useless. Zombies can just walk through the walls and theres nothing to loot.
