Bugged in my own bed

Hey there,

my problem:

i was playing singleplayer for a while and reached carpentry lvl 4.

I built some stairs and went up to walk on my roof or just to destroy it.

Anyway i managed it to fell down in my doublebed and get stuck.

Can't move + no sledgehammer + sleeping is no solution

 

Don't know what to do now.. Mods? Any "Cheat"?

Please help me!
