NCrawler
Just thought I'd share this with everyone. Comes in handy when working with the OnKeyPressed event: Deadend, Pravus, trombonaught and 3 others
Pravus
Nice! That is a sorely needed tutorial resource! The first time I decided to attempt an OnKeyPressed event it took me 2 and a half hours of search engine crawling to find a keyboard map comparable to that one. This will be a big help to other scripters just getting their start.

Lol, yeah, took me about an hour of converting the key pressed to a string and using RoboMat's okModal function to display it in-game to figure out the key code that I needed. Until I finally realized that these are LWJGL key codes it was a pain in the ass trying to find them.
Realmkeeper
What about non-qwerty keyboard layouts, and the other uses for keys (such as the numpad without Num Lock - arrows and whatnot).Do you have keycodes, and/or a pretty graphic for them too? EnigmaGrey
Like as not, the identifiers won't change, even if the keyboard does. You can even use the lwjgl keybindings directly rather than numbers, if you'd prefer: zombie.input.Keys ... through Lua instead of a specific int value. RoboMat
I don't want to steal anyone's thunder, but just a friendly reminder that I linked to the keyboard layout here: http://theindiestone.com/forums/index.php/topic/61-robomats-modding-tutorials-updated-12112013/#III4 *runs away quickly*

I actually found the one I posted on a Minecraft forum somewhere.
