wsensor
I've had this happen in multiplayer... When it happens to me it seems to be lag somewhere as if I log off/back on the items sometimes show back up in/on the shelves/containers.But then again it only happens to me when playing multiplayer when there are tons of players playing. demagician
yes indeed it does happen in multiplayer (although there are only 2 players -- me and another friend). Now, it happens more frequently. Thanks for the input
_Gold_
This has happened to me in single player, although with containers. A whole containers inv COMPLETELY got wiped.
MafiaPuppet
This happens on multiplayer when your local map file contains items that the server doesn't contain. For example, after you reset your server, any containers that the clients had loaded before the reset will also contain items that do not exist anymore. Although you reset your server, the clients did not delete their saves of it and they will continue to see non-existing items as they visit locations they have previously loaded.
