Are they broken? I can't seem to get any of them to work.

It's three days in and my lights still work so I know the power is still on.

I've tried four stoves in four different houses in West Point.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Just in case you're not doing this, simply press the right mouse button on the stove and select "turn on". Then open up the loot and inventory menus. On the right of the loot menu, press the stove slab to open it's inventory. Now put the food you want cooked in the stove, BUT KEEP WATCH! Food can burn, resulting in a burning house. And fire attracts zombies. If right clicking-it is the problem, sometimes you need to angle yourself the right way to activate the stoves option menu, as with some other storage containers and such.

Yeah I wanted to burn a house down, then I thought of real life. It's more possible for food to catch fire than a stove itself. This game actually is really life like when it comes to food, survival, and the rest.

Yeah, forgot to update.

Turns out the power just turned off in three days. FML, right?

When my food started going bad I figured it out.

One of my longer surviving game (8 days, lol) and I could not use a stove with that character.  I started a new character and the stoves work.  Dunno what changed.
