Help with adding mods pls

hi all

 

Can someone pls help me out and give me the correct path to put mods onto my game,Im trying to add the new maps and maybe a few other mods, theres two ways but which is it

 

1) c,user,username,zomboid,mods

 

2) c,progx86,steam,steam apps,common,pz,mods,

 

im a massive PZ fan and big fan of twiggy, but ive tryed both ways and still cant see them ingame..

 

pls help

You put them in #1 C:\Users\Username\Zomboid\Mods

Turn on the game, at the Title screen click on Mods option (Lower Left) and double click the mod you want activated, exit the mod menu and it should work.

i wanted the new maps on and maybe a farming mod but i will give it a try and come bk, ty

 

the mods i want to put on are-

1)bedfordfalls

2)dreadwood

3)new denver

4)marijuana mod

5)a few more, too many to mention

 

 

(at the moment ive just tryed the bedfordfalls mod,i see the media file there,i click it and see map)

 

ok ive put the bedfordfalls v2 into the 1st path you said, i load up the game and choose mod tap, but there nothing there to choose from, this is where im confused,or maybe its just me, i hate messing with folders as i have no knowlage of doing so,im the type of person that need showing face to face,but thats not gona happen, i have read the (how to install/uninstall mods) tread, but yet again there so many pages of how to do it,

 

ok ive manage to put on a few mods, but it seems its the maps that are the problem im having putting on
