No options in the menu !

So when I start up the game this screen pops up but there are no menu bar for me to click to start the game so I need help (I use mac).

Also the game was working normally but suddenly this happened. Also I have deleted all the ProjectZomboid folder and I have tried to reinstall steam and I have tried by re-downloading   the game couple times but non of them worked so I really need help with this as fast as possible so I can start playing this game again.

Also I"m not sure this would help solve the problem but I play on 2 computer. (I can't play on both of them tho)

The Menu Bar is under the Early Access notation, have you tried moving the window up/making the window larger?  Another thing you can do is go to your C:\Users\[username]\Zomboid (or whatever it is on Mac) and open Options.ini and change fullscreen=false to fullscreen=true, save the file then try to open the game.

Yep, looks like it's not taking into account the title bar. Try a lower resolution, if Jeff's suggestion doesn't work.
