While playing on a serious roleplay server today, I went scavenging. Normally, with my spiked bat, I could plow through a dozen or two dozen zombies with ease because of the lag from Build 28. Simple stuff. But going in here... I was totally unprepared. Five zombies, five, sent me running, making a daring sheet-rope escape out a back window (after getting scratched twice and losing a good deal of health). I noticed zombies are harder to stunlock, their animations are smoother, and they feel dangerous again, just like in singleplayer. I managed to kill three zombies, and it felt like a legitimate fight for my life, and this server's running on default settings! I can't wait to see how sprinters and such are in combat. I'm dreading it and eagerly anticipating it. So tl;dr, thank you so much for all the improvements, devs. I'm loving it so far, and I'm so happy to see zombies finally becoming a threat in the multiplayer aspect! :)
