Gazza
just a quick question to everyone, does the environment grow over time? I.e Vines on buildings, trees, ect? I had seen some screen shots of buildings with overgrowth, but haven't seen it in the game as of yet. Just curious
Madigari
It's intended to be added in the future, though I don't think I've read an ETA on it. It's defined as Erosion.
CaptKaspar
there are some awesome videos from the Mondoids displaying this upcoming feature! It looks really cool!
Viceroy
Turbo is somewhat a buddy of mine, and last I heard he had his nose buried in the code. So development is most certainly ongoing. Things like soil maps and where what grows have already advanced far beyond the initial Erosion(mod) level. I wouldn't put a date on it or something like that though. All I can say is that is looks promising and that it is developing apace.
Bobdafilter
When they do add Erosion they should also add a speed rate for it. Maybe for example 1x speed it takes 20 years to overgrow a town, and you could change it .5x speed so it takes 40 years or 2x so it takes just 10 years. If it already isnt being implemented. CuervoD
They could actually implement other things not just vines and cracks. As in rust on cars, dirt in roads, buildings half destroyed by cars or by god knows what!
